PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
-Choose between a 1 oz. OR 4 oz. dropper bottle, full of tincture

TO USE:
•Standard Dose: 1–2 ml (20–40 drops) diluted in a small amount of water or tea, taken 2–3 times daily.
•Acute Conditions: For more immediate support, such as swollen lymph nodes or urinary discomfort, up to 3 ml (60 drops) can be taken 3 times daily for short-term use (3-weeks on, 1-week off at this dosage is advisable)
•For lymphatic or detox support, Cleavers Tincture can be taken seasonally, especially in spring, to realign the body with natural detoxification rhythms.
•Cleavers works best when paired with adequate hydration (ie. water, nettle tea, marshmallow root tea) to support its diuretic and lymphatic actions.
