To this tea blend, we also add herbs like organic turmeric root (and black pepper to aid absorption) to boost the anti-inflammatory goodness and to reduce the effects of oxidative stress on the immune system.
We are confident that not only will this tea serve to keep you and your family well, it will certainly shorten the duration of illness and ease symptoms of common cold and flu, along with a myriad of viruses & bacterial infections (especially those with an affinity for the lungs).
This Mushroom + Elderberry tea blend may be used as a base to craft your own elderberry syrup, although it’s one of the best, most joyful nourishments to keep a French press of hot Mushroom + Elderberry tea going all day to warm us as we go about our Farm work:)
We hope this tea is a blessing to you!
