Goat Milk Salt Soap

All our soaps are handcrafted right here on the farm, utilizing traditional methods of soap making. They contain 24% raw (never pasteurized) goat milk from our small herd of Nigerian Dwarfs.

Our goats are hand milked daily, and thrive on a diet of free-range forest forage & pasture grasses (only given a small amount of grain at milking).

This Goat Milk Salt Soap has as its base, organic coconut oil, the most skin nourishing tallow (hand-rendered from grass fed and finished beef), and organic castor oil.

Our unique Salt Soap offers all the mineral-rich benefits of himalayan pink salt, in addition to the skin-nourishing properties of goat milk & tallow

If you are familiar with Salt Soap, you will find the lather of this bar exceptionally rich. For those unfamiliar, Salt Soap (due to the high content of salt) produces a thick, luscious lather, not so bubbly. Lots of folks love it for shaving, for that reason. These bars gently polish the skin to a glowing brilliance, making it one of the absolute best facial cleansers one could possibly use. And along those lines, due to the antibacterial, antiviral, & anti fungal nature of the salt, these Goat Milk Salt Bars are the perfect remedy for acne-prone skin. Not to mention, you'll definitely want to keep a bar at the sink, especially as we move into gardening season:)

Many Salt Soap devotees rave about the soap’s willingness to act as a full body deodorant. And I can personally attest to this! After religiously washing only with our Goat Milk Salt Soap, there’s no doubt, Salt Soap absolutely increases the effectiveness of deodorant (and some days, eliminates the need for it altogether). So if you suffer from body odor at a level that makes you uncomfortable, try our Salt Soap in the shower!

The best way I can describe the feeling after washing with these Goat Milk Salt Soap bars is…my skin feels like it can breathe! There’s also an invigoration that comes from the eucalyptus, lemongrass, & peppermint, that’s hard to put into words (it’s something you’ll just have to experience it for yourself!).

Our Salt Soap is crafted with a high 1:1 ratio of fine pink salt to oils/fats. Upon receiving, the bar may feel a bit crumbly, but once you've used it for the first time you will find it transform into something that can best be described like a marble slab. It will be extremely hard, most of our Salt Bars last easily for weeks (possibly a couple months), even with daily use!

On average, these extra large bars of soap weigh 7-8 oz.
