Kombucha Tea SCOBY
From my little Farm kitchen to yours! What a joy it is to make these precious SCOBY's (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) available to share with you.
We've found crafting kombucha at home to be one of the easiest and most convenient ways to incorporate the healing magic of fermented foods, into our daily diet. Kombucha, a deliciously tangy and fizzy drink, is rich in probiotics, antioxidants, and beneficial acids that support gut health, improve digestion, and boost immunity.
What is a SCOBY?
A SCOBY is the heart of kombucha brewing—a living, thriving culture of bacteria and yeast that ferments sweet tea into kombucha. Think of it as your own tiny ecosystem, working to create a nutrient-dense elixir that your body will thank you for!
Each SCOBY I craft in my kitchen is nurtured with care and comes paired with starter tea to kick-start your first brew. Whether you're a seasoned fermenter or just starting out, this SCOBY will bring life and inspiration to your brewing journey.
Benefits of Kombucha:

•Increased Energy: Natural enzymes and B-vitamins boost vitality.
•Detoxification: Kombucha's organic acids help the body remove toxins.
•Immune Support: A stronger gut means a more resilient immune system.
