*You will find this Mugwort Tea to be very close to its natural state and minimally processed. We use the herbal preparation method of garbling in the processing of our Mugwort Tea; this method helps to preserve the quality and potency of the plant material.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
-Choose between:
•1 ounce of loose leaf Mugwort Tea, packaged in a brown paper bag or
•2 ounces of loose leaf Mugwort Tea, packaged in a brown paper bag
-To brew, add 1–2 teaspoons of the dried herb to boiling water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. For dreamwork, drink 30 minutes before bedtime. For digestive & women's health, enjoy up to 2 cups daily, especially before meals.
-Bulk steeps may be accomplished via the use of a French Press.
