Elevate your meals with our handcrafted, micro-batch bow tie pasta! It is a blend of two thoughtfully crafted varieties: our Nettle + Dandelion + Garlic sourdough pasta and our classic golden sourdough bow ties, made for real nourishment.
Each batch begins with a slow-fermented sourdough using organic heirloom flours, infused with fresh nettles, dandelion greens, and garlic, each grown in our Medicine Garden, for a absolutely delicious, earthy flavor coupled with exceptional health benefits.
What truly sets this pasta apart is our use of low-PUFA, nutrient-dense eggs from pasture-raised hens here on Farm. These eggs come from our small flock of hens that forage freely on a diverse diet of grass, insects, and herbs—resulting in deep golden yolks, naturally balanced fats, and superior flavor and texture in every bite.
Naturally fermented for easier digestion and better nutrient absorption, this pasta is rich in vitamins, minerals & protein, perennial Spring greens, and gut-friendly compounds. Rolled, cut, and shaped by hand, then slowly dried at a low temperature, each piece retains its living quality and nourishing essence.

*On the recommendation of WAPF, we use Central Milling Organic flours. Likewise, the Avocado Oil used is direct from Dickinson Family Farms, where it is careful crafted in small batches from their organically grown avocados.
