It is a joy to be able to share our Nourishing Nervine Tea blend with you! This is the tea blend we, here on Farm, have come to rely on daily to nourish our body & mind. We crafted this blend with herbs long known to calm the nervous system while being trusted to replenish and nourish the body, particularly for stress resilience and emotional balance.

*These herbs are minimally ground/processed, left largely in their natural dried state to retain the highest level of vitamins and minerals; likewise, they are grown on a small family farm using strict regenerative organic practices. You won't find fresher, pure, nutrient-dense, or more high quality herbs.
PRODUCT DETAILS:
-Upon purchase, you will receive 2 oz of loose leaf tea in a compostable bag.
SUGGESTED BREW:
•Use 4 tsp of loose leaf tea per cup of water. We like to brew a large batch for the day using a French press.
•Steeping time: 10–15 minutes with water just below boiling.
•Optional additions: A touch of raw honey for sweetness (or our Shagbark Hickory Syrup for sweetness & magnesium boost) or a slice of fresh ginger, for warmth (absolutely divine). And we love to add-in 1-2 droppers of Bee Balm Tincture for flavor & enhancement of the benefits to our nervous & immune systems.
