Farmhouse Pine Tar | Goat Milk Tallow Soap
All our soaps are handcrafted right here on the farm, utilizing traditional methods of soap making. They contain 24% raw (never pasteurized) goat milk from our small herd of Nigerian Dwarfs.
Our goats are hand milked daily, and thrive on a diet of free-range forest forage & pasture grasses (only given a small amount of grain at milking).
Likewise, our soap has as its base, the most skin nourishing tallow, hand-rendered from local grass fed and finished beef.
And when it comes to these bars, we’ve found goat milk, combined with Pine Tar, offers a cleansing soap that is deeply nourishing!
Pine Tar Goat Milk Soap offers much relief and healing:
•Deep Cleansing—Pine tar has natural antiseptic and antimicrobial properties, making it effective for thoroughly cleansing the skin.
•Relieves Psoriasis and Eczema—Pine tar is known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing effects, which can reduce redness, scaling, and itching associated with these conditions.
•Anti-Itch Properties—It can calm itchiness from bug bites, rashes, or dry skin.
•Heals Cracked Skin—The combination of pine tar and goat milk promotes healing in dry, cracked, or damaged skin.
•Reduces Acne—Pine tar’s antibacterial properties help fight acne-causing bacteria.
•Controls Oil Production—While moisturizing, it also balances the skin’s oil levels, making it suitable for oily or combination skin.
And here's one more interesting fact about Pine Tar Soap: Hunters love pine tar soap because its natural scent helps mask human odors, making it ideal for staying undetected by wildlife. Additionally, its antibacterial and soothing properties are perfect for cleansing and calming skin after long days outdoors, often exposed to harsh conditions.
On average, these extra large bars of Pine Tar soap weigh 7-8 oz. And when properly cared for, between use, will last a good, long while.
They are handcrafted from: fresh, raw goat milk; saponified oils/fats of pastured tallow, organic olive, coconut, & castor oils; pine tar
