Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus) abounds here on the Farm. It’s as if she beckons for harvest and consumption! Her abundant roots, we dig with mindfulness during peak potency (early Spring & Autumn); and tincture fresh, immediately upon harvest.

Yellow Dock, historically, has been used in teas and tincture. Her bitterness reminds us of her willingness to purify & cleanse the blood (via the liver). Holding a profound effect on aiding our body’s ability to detoxify (heavy metals included).
